These pictures demonstrate how water can penetrate through tile flooring. The floor was covered when we arrived. Our crew had to remove all the flooring because it went through to the sub-floor. The affected items were cleaned and dried, moved out of the room and covered with plastic. Drying equipment was set up to dry out the affected areas. The homeowner was very happy that we could save some things even though they had to demo a lot of rooms in their home.The home owner was thrilled with our crew and how quickly we responded. We are so glad that we could help them get their life back to normal.
