A few position requirements and job responsibilities include: -Effective oral communication skills -High school diploma/GED -Valid drivers license -Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals -Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law -Experience in cleaning/restoration a plus -Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project -Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
