  • Blankets, mittens, socks and hats.
  • Ice scraper and snow brush.
  • Flashlight, plus extra batteries (or a hand-crank flashlight)
  • Jumper cables.
  • First-aid kit (band-aides, adhesive tape, antiseptic wipes, gauze pads, antiseptic cream, medical wrap). ...
  • Bottled water.
